Vision
The BRS, a not-for-profit organization adheres to the following mission:
1. To foster an atmosphere congenial to the exchange of ideas and information among leaders in the field of psychiatry;
2. To provide a forum for the discussion of subjects pertaining to the field of psychiatry and to encourage the best application and utilization of psychiatric knowledge, principles, and treatment;
3. To promote the exchange of ideas and opinions by Fellows of The BRS of all aspects of professional psychiatric activity so as to equip each Fellow to better serve patients and society.
The BRS is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
